Andrew M. Stroh, M.D. is a practiced professional who has been in the medical field for nearly 35 years. A 1977 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, Dr. Stroh went on to complete a two-year residency in internal medicine at the SUNY in Syracuse, NY. He then completed a five-year surgical residency program at Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh.
In 1984, Dr. Stroh moved to the Philadelphia area where he accepted a position with Lower Bucks as a general surgeon. Dr. Stroh chose to return to the Pittsburgh area in 1987 to complete a critical care fellowship at Presbyterian Hospital, and in 1990, he joined the staff of Mon Valley Hospital and North Hills Passavant Hospitals as a general surgeon.
Dr. Stroh’s interests in medicine lied not only within performing surgery; wanting to share his expansive knowledge with others, he opted to take a position during 1993 – 1994 in Ft. Meade, SD as a general surgeon, where he taught surgery in addition to performing it.
After returning to the Pittsburgh area, Dr. Stroh’s focus within the medical community shifted from surgery to occupational medicine. He continues to practice at Tri-County Occupational Medicine, where he and his qualified staff provide exceptional care to those who suffer injuries while at work. He will be sharing his expertise in his discussion as to why occupational medicine is a beneficial avenue to pursue for not only those who have already been injured, but also for those who wish to prevent injuries at work.
Dr. William H. Roscoe has been speaking professionally for 13 years and regularly does speaking engagements on the subjects of Health & Wellness, Injury Prevention to include Repetitive Motion Injuries, Safety, Exercise, Diet & Weight loss, Nutrition, and Stress Reduction.
Dr. Roscoe is the Owner and President of All Kare Chiropractic & Laser Clinic, Inc. located at 12591 Route 30; N. Huntingdon, PA across from Spitz Auto in the GDC Jewelry Plaza. Dr. William Roscoe has been chosen numerous times to be listed among Americas Top Chiropractors by the Consumers Research Council of America. This is the sixth years Dr. Roscoe was honored in this way having been selected in 2011, 2010, 2009, 2007, 2006 and also 2004.
Dr. Roscoe was born in Jeannette, Pennsylvania in 1969 and then attended Hempfield Area School, where he graduated in 1987. While in high school, he participated in the Boy Scouts of America and was active in many community services. After graduating from high school, he enlisted in the United States Navy where he served aboard the U.S.S. Theodore Roosevelt for four years. During his enlistment, he participated in many overseas deployments including the Persian Gulf War in 1991.
Following his honorable discharge from the U.S. Navy, Dr. Roscoe pursued a Pre-Med. course of study at the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg. Then in 1993, he married Stacy (Hill) Roscoe, also a Westmoreland County native. Dr. Roscoe then attended Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic in Spartanburg, South Carolina where he graduated Summa Cum Laude (with highest honors) and Valedictorian in 1996. Dr. Roscoe has received many awards from Sherman College including The Academic Excellence Award and The Milton Garfunkel Award (the highest achievement given to one student at Sherman Collect of Straight Chiropractic). Dr. Roscoe has also been listed in Who’s Who Among Students in American High Schools and WHO’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.
Dr. Roscoe contributes a lot to the community by donating his time in various ways such as Toys for Tots drive, Support the Troops drive, health and wellness seminars, and attends many health and information fairs. Dr. Roscoe is a member of many organizations such as the Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association (Past Western Director at Large & Board Member), The American Chiropractic Association, The Norwin Chamber of Commerce Board Member, Rescue 8 Board of Directors and Norwin Rotary.

Michael Lukart is President of East Coast Risk Management, LLC. Along with his team, he provides Risk Management, Safety, Claims, HR & Environmental consulting services to more than 500 companies in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as well as NJ, MD, OH, VA, NC, IN, KY, TN and WV through their 7 regional offices across these states. He has more than 25 years experience in the safety/risk management arena with organizations ranging from small/medium firms to large, complex multinational corporations. He holds the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and Certified WorkComp Advisor (CWCA) designations.
Prior to forming East Coast Risk Management, Michael held the position of Director, Safety, Health and Environmental Management for a large multinational corporation where he oversaw a staff of professionals responsible for more than 35 facilities in eight countries. He was directly responsible for the safety, health and workers compensation programs as well as all environmental and safety compliance efforts. He also oversaw the environmental due diligence efforts of the corporation during more than twelve manufacturing facility acquisitions and divestitures as well as corporate mergers.
Michael received his BS degree in Industrial Safety Sciences from Indiana University of PA and is actively involved in a number of professional societies and business groups. He resides in North Huntingdon, PA with his wife Cindy and their two children Tyler & Erika.
